1. ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
The participant acknowledges and accepts that motocross, enduro, and trial are high-risk activities that may result in serious injury, disability, or even death. By entering and using the facilities of Off Road Activities, S.L., the participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the activity.
2. WAIVER OF CLAIMS
The participant, on their own behalf and on behalf of their heirs, family members, legal representatives, and insurers, waives any claim, demand, or legal action against Off Road Activities, S.L., its owners, employees, instructors, and collaborators for any injury, damage, or loss suffered during the activity, whether caused by negligence or any other cause.
3. SAFETY RULES
The participant agrees to comply with all safety rules established by Off Road Activities, S.L., including the mandatory use of appropriate protective equipment (helmet, boots, gloves, knee pads, among others) and to follow the instructions of authorized personnel. Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the facilities without the right to a refund.
4. HEALTH CONDITIONS
The participant declares that they are in optimal physical and health condition to carry out the activity and assumes responsibility for any medical issues that may arise as a result. Off Road Activities, S.L. is not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions or medical emergencies that may occur during the activity.
5. AUTHORIZATION FOR IMAGE USE
The participant authorizes Off Road Activities, S.L. to take photographs and videos during the activity and to use them for promotional purposes on social media, websites, and advertising materials, without any right to compensation.
6. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
The participant authorizes Off Road Activities, S.L. to collect, store, and process their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This information will only be used for administrative, security, and promotional purposes related to the activities of Off Road Activities, S.L. The participant has the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of their personal data by directly contacting the company.
7. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accepting this document online, the participant declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this liability waiver. A PDF copy of this document will be sent by email, which must be completed, signed, and submitted upon arrival at the center.
It must be duly completed and signed and presented at the reception on the day of the reservation.
