Ponemos en su conocimiento que la organización no se responsabiliza de los accidentes o de cualquier otro perjuicio, daño personal o a terceros que pudiera sufrir durante el desarrollo de la actividad que se realize en las instalaciones de Off Road Activities, S.L. quedando exonerado de cualquier responsabilidad civil o penal.

We hereby inform you that the organization is not responsible for accidents or any other harm, personal injury, or damage to third parties that may occur during the activity carried out at the facilities of Off Road Activities, S.L., and is therefore exempt from any civil or criminal liability.

Que estamos enterados que al pilotar, conduir o practicar deporte en motocicleta o de cualquier otra modalidad en las instalaciones de Off Road Activities, S.L., se toma parte en una actividad peligrosa, con posibilidad extrema de muerte, parálisis permanente o fracturas y heridas graves. Que participamos en cualquiera de estas actividades de manera voluntaria y con pleno conocimiento del peligro que conllevan. Que no estamos bajo los efectos del achohol o de cualquier droga. Que hemos leido detenidamente este acuerdo y comprendemos completamente su contenido.  Tenemos conocimiento de que este acuerdo es un liberamiento de responsabilidad de todas las reclamacions y indemnizaciones y, un compromiso entre nuestra persona y Off Road Activities, S.L., y/o las personas y/o empresas que prestan servicios en la misma.

We declare that we are aware that by riding, driving, or practicing motorcycling or any other sport at the facilities of Off Road Activities, S.L., we are taking part in a dangerous activity, with an extreme risk of death, permanent paralysis, or serious fractures and injuries. We acknowledge that we participate in these activities voluntarily and with full awareness of the risks involved. We confirm that we are not under the influence of alcohol or any drugs. We state that we have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its content. We understand that this agreement constitutes a release of liability for all claims and compensation, and represents a binding agreement between ourselves and Off Road Activities, S.L., and/or the individuals and/or companies providing services therein.

PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS

Le informamos de que Off Road Activities, SL tratará los datos personales que nos ha facilitado, de forma confidencial y exclusivamente para el desarrollo de la actividad contratada, cumpliendo en todo momento las obligaciones que impone la vigente normativa en materia de protección de datos personales. Esta información será conservada únicamente durante el tiempo que dure la relación comercial y una vez que acabe será destruida dentro de los límites legales.

AUTORIZACIÓN USO DERECHOS DE IMAGEN

Dado que el derecho a la propia imagen está reconocido al articulo 18.1 de la Constitución y regulado por la Ley 5/1982, de 5 de mayo, sobre el derecho al honor, a la intimidad personal y familiar y a la propia imagen, la Dirección de este centro pide su consentimiento para la autorización de imagenes que puedan ser tomades individualment o en grupo para que puedan aparecer publicadas.

AUTHORIZATION FOR THE USE OF IMAGE RIGHTS

Given that the right to one’s own image is recognized in Article 18.1 of the Constitution and regulated by Law 5/1982 of May 5 on the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one’s own image, the Management of this center requests your consent to authorize the use of images that may be taken individually or in groups, so that they may be published.
